Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return period: you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return, for any reason.

Eligibility. The item must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories (charging cables, cases, cleaning tools). For hygiene reasons, used ear domes cannot be resold — please keep the unused dome sizes sealed in their packaging where possible. A missing or opened set of domes does not void your return.

How to start a return. Email contact@ovara.shop with your order number and, if the return is due to a fault, a short description or photo of the problem. We will reply within one business day with your return address and instructions. Please do not send your order back without contacting us first parcels returned without a return request cannot be matched to an order and may be delayed or lost.

Return shipping. 

• (B) Returns are sent to our fulfilment centre in Shenzhen, China. You pay the return postage unless the item is faulty. We recommend a tracked service; international return postage typically costs £10–20 and delivery can take 2–3 weeks.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm your refund by email. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item. If your refund has not appeared after that, check with your bank or card provider first, then contact us and we will chase it.

Faulty items and warranty. Every Ovara™ Sound Amplifier includes a 1-year replacement warranty covering manufacturing defects and accidental damage such as drops or water exposure. If your device develops a fault at any point in the first year, email us — in most cases we will send a replacement without asking you to return the faulty unit.

Damaged or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will put it right at no cost to you.

Your statutory rights. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including your right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it.
